Information we use

We use your purchase email, product and order identifiers, payment status, sign-in records and chapter completion progress to deliver and protect your purchases. Card information is handled by the checkout provider and is not stored in this library. Requests may generate technical security logs. Rate-limit records use hashed identifiers.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and account database. Digistore24 processes purchases and sends order notifications. Resend delivers requested sign-in emails. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable policies.

Cookies and private links

We use an essential secure session cookie to keep you signed in. It expires after seven days, or earlier when you sign out. Private review sessions have shorter limits. Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes. We do not currently use advertising trackers or nonessential analytics cookies.

Your exercise responses

The reader saves completion marks only. We do not ask you to submit intimate relationship details, and the library does not store your worksheet answers. Keep your personal notes somewhere appropriate for your circumstances.

Retention and requests

Purchase and account records are retained as needed for delivery, support, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping duties. You may request access, correction or deletion by email. We may need to verify ownership of the account and retain records required for legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Expired authentication and rate-limit records are periodically removed.

Email preferences / Unsubscribe

We currently send essential access and service messages, not a marketing newsletter. If you receive promotional email from us, reply with “unsubscribe” or email [email protected]. We will process the request within 10 business days. Requested sign-in links, receipts and essential purchase communications may still be sent. Marketing preferences do not revoke your purchases.
