Refund policy

You may request a refund within 60 days from payment for the relevant product.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your purchase email, order number and the product you want refunded. You can also use the purchase support options in your Digistore24 receipt.

Each optional companion is a separate purchase with its own refund period. Requesting a refund for one guide does not automatically refund your other purchases.

After a refund

Access associated with the refunded purchase is revoked. Refund processing and when funds appear depend on the payment provider and your financial institution. We do not promise a specific bank processing time.

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes and your final purchase total are shown at checkout. There is no subscription or recurring charge for these guides.
